Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategy professional to lead Finance AI and Data Transformation initiatives. You will shape cross-functional strategies, engage C-suite executives, and define roadmaps from vision to delivery for large enterprise clients.

You will drive AI and data programs across Finance, HR, and Operations, coordinating with global teams to ensure scalable, responsible implementations that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy—from enterprise data architecture to Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years Finance AI and Data work—understanding CFO processes and how AI/data changes them.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models that get funded.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis with business impact.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams across multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery—navigating time zones and cultures.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision with Finance AI strategies tied to real business outcomes.
• Earn the room by building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop the business case, investment profile, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure.
• Build for scale by sequencing delivery of data elements, data products, and features.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator, not a checkbox.
