Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager for Managed Reinvention Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, spanning AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI, and architect AI-first delivery models to advance clients along the autonomy maturity curve.

You will lead multi-tower engagements, manage run-to-reinvention transitions, and expand relationships with CIOs and senior IT leaders, while driving modernization and commercial outcomes across complex contracts.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology delivery experience with P&L ownership of large-scale accounts.
5+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models (AIOps, GenAI-powered ITSM).
10+ years accountability across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud environments.
Experience engaging CIOs/CTOs on strategy, operating models and roadmaps.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; higher degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery accountability with full P&L and outcomes across multi-tower accounts.
Architect AI-first delivery models and operationalize agentic operations frameworks.
Drive tech economics by shifting Run spend toward Reinvention investments and cost takeout.
Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI agent fleets and human SREs.
Expand client relationships by acting as the primary technology advisor to CIOs.
Drive modernization and resilience as standing deliverables within managed services.
Shape and win MRS pursuits with credibility in design, scope and pricing.
