Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, downstream domains.
• Minimum 10 years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams.
• Minimum 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
• Lead data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
