Atlas Copco Australia is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and performance for our Australian Service Business from our Blacktown head office. You will drive growth, strengthen market position and lead a high-performing sales team across Australia.

Reporting to the Business Line Manager, you will oversee pricing, forecasting and key accounts, with a focus on delivering commercial targets and developing the national sales capability.

• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering growth.
• Experience within Atlas Copco Group or similar industrial B2B environment is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable actions across national teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your role

As our National Sales Manager, you will be reporting into the Business Line Manager for the Compressor Technique Service Business at our Australian Head Office in Blacktown. You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance across our Australian Service Business. This role plays a key part in driving growth, strengthening our market position and leading a high performing sales team across Australia.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver national sales strategy aligned to business objectives
• Identify and grow market opportunities
• Drive pricing, performance and commercial outcomes
• Lead key accounts and major opportunities
• Develop and coach the national sales team
• Oversee forecasting and performance reporting

To succeed, you will need

• Proven experience within the Atlas Copco Group, with exposure to sales, service or commercial operations
• Demonstrated sales leadership capability, ideally across regional or multi-site teams
• A strong track record of delivering growth and achieving commercial targets
• A passion for people leadership, with the ability to coach and develop others
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
