This role sits in the Utilities practice, leading large-scale energy retail and customer operations transformations with a strong focus on digital channels and data-driven insights.

You will advise C-suite executives, shape market offerings, and originate complex deals while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Utilities, with deep expertise in Energy Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs including SAP CIS implementations.
• Proven ability to operate as a senior client advisor with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, focusing on digital transformation and customer experience.
• Originate and close new business and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with accountability for scope, timeline, and financial performance.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s Strategy, Industry X, Technology, and Song ecosystems.
