Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business and technology transformation programs for Utilities clients.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Work with delivery and technology teams to support successful implementation outcomes.
• Assist in managing project activities, risks, and client communications.
• Support business development activities, including proposal contributions and client presentations.
• Mentor and steer junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
