Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking a Project Administrator to oversee payroll processing, timesheets and leave administration across Energy projects. You will generate reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements, while delivering strong stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and/or timesheet processing, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll across resource projects with data accuracy and cost coding.
• Process timesheets, leave requests and payroll transactions promptly.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain records and documentation.
• Respond to payroll, invoicing and employee enquiries with high service levels.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with policies and laws.
• Support Payroll Administration Lead with daily operations and process improvements.
• Occasional travel to onshore oil and gas facilities as required.
