Job summary

Genus Group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual delivery of a major BESS project in Victoria. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to manage subcontract packages, procurement, costs and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

As part of the project team, you will maintain accurate contract records, contribute to commercial reporting, and help resolve contractual matters while upholding safety and teamwork values

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Administrator on construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects.
• Sound understanding of subcontract administration, claims and variations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
• Managing progress claims, payment assessments and variations
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Tracking costs, commitments and commercial risks
• Maintaining accurate contract records, registers and correspondence
• Preparing commercial reports and working with the project team to resolve contractual matters
