Connect People in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a transmission line construction team. The role offers an hourly rate of $42.00–$48.00 plus super, with a contract through March 2027 and potential temp-to-perm.

Based at the Parkhurst depot with some work-from-home flexibility, you will manage POs, invoicing, document control and subcontractor onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience as Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar support role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Ariba experience ideal, but training provided.
• Highly organised, resilient and confident making decisions in a high-pressure environment.
• Full Australian working rights and based in Rockhampton or surrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Raising, tracking and reconciling purchase orders in Ariba.
• Processing invoices and updating delivery spreadsheets.
• Document control, including scanning, filing and uploading site paperwork.
• Managing subcontractor compliance and onboarding.
• Sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes and issuing POs.
• Coordinating travel, accommodation and mobilisation for project personnel.
