Job summary

CBA is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a 6-month maximum term contract in Perth. You will ensure continuity of technology services for colleagues, delivering timely IT solutions and driving service improvements across planned and reactive maintenance.

You will build relationships at all levels, delivering high-quality support from 8:00am to 4:30pm onsite, Monday to Friday, and contribute to a secure, efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Level 1/ Level 2 tech support experience for Windows and MacOS.
• Experience with VPN solutions and iOS platforms.
• General IT knowledge with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to maintain composure in high velocity environments.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and task management.
• Strong organisation and time management with prioritisation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high quality IT solutions to colleagues and partners.
• Drive service improvements for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Collaborate to deliver fit-for-purpose technology services on site.
