Boston Scientific is seeking an IT Analyst based in Mascot, Sydney, to ensure effective computer/end-point/systems operations for end users across Australia and New Zealand. You will roll out technical solutions in partnership with Global and Regional IT teams and support local IT initiatives.

The role reports to the Head of IT, ANZ, and requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration skills to balance day-to-day support with project work.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Provides end-user IT support with strong customer focus.
• Experience with Windows/macOS/Microsoft 365 and end-user devices.

Aufgaben

• Provide responsive, high-quality technical support to employees across Australia and New Zealand.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests across devices, networks and apps.
• Provide remote tech support to employees across the ANZ region.
• Deliver user education and new-hire IT orientation.
• Prioritize and manage requests through the IT Service Centre.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional IT teams on new technologies.
