Zusammenfassung

Boston Scientific in Mascot, Sydney, Australia, is seeking an IT Analyst to support end-user services and ensure smooth computer operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with Global and Regional IT teams to roll out technical solutions and infrastructure at a local level.

The role reports to the Head of IT, ANZ, and is based in Mascot with a hybrid work model. You will provide frontline support, guide new hires, and help deliver IT projects while maintaining high service levels

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately five years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands‑on experience supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other end‑user technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, SCCM, networks, server and storage infrastructure, and IT ticket management systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VOIP and networking environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organised, with project and time management abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide responsive, high-quality technical support to employees across Australia and New Zealand.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests across devices, apps and networks.
• Provide remote technical support to employees in the ANZ region.
• Support employees with guidance, training and onboarding for IT.
• Coordinate IT activities, prioritise requests and keep users updated on progress and resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams locally, regionally and globally to implement new technologies.
• Support local technology projects from planning to implementation and manage multiple priorities.
• Coordinate IT purchasing requirements and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Travel may be required to support other Boston Scientific locations.
