Investible is seeking an Events Coordinator to own the coordination and delivery of a varied calendar of events. You’ll manage clients from first enquiry through planning and on-the-day delivery, then follow up after each event.

On event days, you’ll be the on-site point of contact for clients, speakers and suppliers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring flexibility with hours and physical room setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in events, hospitality, operations or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end client events from enquiry to delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Be the on-site go-to for clients, speakers and suppliers during events.
• Plan and run the events calendar with run sheets, guest lists and registrations.
• Manage room setups, packing down and post-event wrap-up.
