Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking an Events Coordinator to own end-to-end event delivery, from initial enquiry to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. You will manage client relationships, coordinate venues, suppliers and logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

You’ll work hands-on, often outside standard hours, and liaise with clients and partners to craft engaging experiences that align with our climate‑innovations ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in events, hospitality, operations or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A hands-on, "no task too small" mindset.
• Confidence dealing with clients and a range of other stakeholders.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic AV set-up and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage client events end to end from enquiry to delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Be the client's on-site contact for the whole event, including bump-in and bump-out.
• Plan and run the events calendar with run sheets, timelines, guest lists and registrations.
• Prepare, set up and reset event spaces and manage pack down to be ready for the next event.
• Coordinate and brief suppliers, including catering, AV, venues and equipment.
• Track registrations, attendee communications and records in event platforms.
