• Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with export documentation and Dangerous Goods is advantageous.
• Strong admin and organisational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage orders from enquiry through to delivery and coordinate freight.
• Prepare export and shipping documentation and maintain tracking dashboards.
• Liaise with customers, distributors and supply chain partners to ensure DIFOT.
• Support inventory planning, order fulfilment and reporting improvements.
