Job summary

No prior disability experience is required, though certificates in disability or related qualifications are valued. You will bring reliability, strong communication, and a willingness to learn, with duties

Qualifications

• Experience in disability not required but preferred.
• Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma in Community Services highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support people to build independence and life skills.
• Assist people to participate in community, recreational and educational activities.
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance where required.
• Support health and wellbeing, including medication assistance where required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver person-led support.
