Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Australian Driver Licence.
• Availability for weekends and active nights.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support people to build independence, confidence and life skills.
• Assist participation in community, recreational, educational, and employment activities.
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance as required.
• Support health and wellbeing including medication assistance where required.
• Build relationships with supported people, families and support networks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver safe, person-led support.
