Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is seeking an Employment Development Officer to join Packforce in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will guide new supported employees through onboarding and assess initial production competency for wage assessments after 12 weeks.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract suitable staff, train DSPs on learning journeys, and tailor support to each client’s needs, while maintaining an inclusive, safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Guide new supported employees through the application and onboarding phase.
• Gather initial production competency levels to assist wage assessments after the first 12 weeks.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract and recruit suitable supported employees.
• Educate Packforce DSPs on learning journeys, client needs, and updating skill profiles.
• Provide on-the-job training and support, with a can-do attitude.
