Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Site Manager for its Packforce operations in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will lead a team across packing, assembly and labeling contracts while aligning with CPA’s mission to create meaningful employment for people with disability.

The role emphasizes strong operational leadership, rostering, client relationships and a commitment to compliant, high-quality service delivery within budgetary targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role in warehouse, manufacturing or production.
• Experience managing large and diverse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning experience.
• Proven client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packforce site team to operate a sustainable packing, assembly and labeling business.
• Balance commercial outcomes with creating a positive and supportive workplace for employees.
• Manage client and supported employee needs to meet employment targets.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to ensure capacity and contract requirements.
• Monitor expenditures to meet financial and performance targets.
• Maintain staff training, compliance and assessment requirements.
• Input and maintain client and staff data, work orders and rosters in applicable software systems.
