Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) invites applications for the Site Manager, Packforce at our Wetherill Park site in NSW. You will lead a busy packing, assembly and labeling operation that employs people with disability, delivering high‑quality services to a diverse range of clients.

You will balance commercial outcomes with a supportive workplace, oversee rostering and workforce planning, manage budgets, and develop staff while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience managing large and diverse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning experience to meet operational needs.
• Demonstrated experience in performance coaching and developing employees.
• Strong client relationship management skills for building commercial partnerships.
• Ability to balance operational, people and commercial priorities for sustainable outcomes.
• Confident using systems and technology including rostering, CRM and HRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage both the commercial packing services and client/supported employee requirements in order to maintain and grow a sustainable business in line with CPA's strategic direction
• Manage a team to ensure client/supported employee daily and employment needs are met
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and commercial customers to ensure a financially sustainable business
• Work actively with the Operations Supervisor and support staff to ensure capacity to manage the requirements of both commercial contracts and supported employees
• Monitor and manage expenditure to ensure financial and performance targets are successfully achieved within budget
• Work to ensure all staff training, compliance and assessment requirements are up to date
• Input and maintain client and staff data, work orders and roster schedules in applicable software systems
