Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking an Employment Development Officer for the Wetherill Park Packforce to support employees with a disability and to administer onboarding and wage assessments. You will guide new staff, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure effective training and skills documentation.

Applicants should have a NSW driver’s license, screening checks, and a first aid certificate, with a patient, adaptable approach and strong teamwork skills to thrive in a diverse workplace.

Responsabilités

• Guide new supported employees through onboarding and initial production competency assessment
• Assist wage assessments after the first 12 weeks of employment
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract and recruit suitable supported employees
• Educate Packforce DSPs on learning journeys, client needs and updating skill profiles
• Maintain calm under pressure and adapt communication to diverse audiences
