Work competency training relevant to the wage assessment is delivered to the employee during this period. Every employee's journey is unique, as are their goals and the challenges they may face. The EDO also works with the Business Development Manager and Site Manager to attract and recruit suitable supported employees by engaging with special development schools and attending expos. The EDO will also need to skill and educate the Packforce DSPs on their learning journey, with new clients' needs, changing client behaviour profiles, and onboarding and updating skill profiles.
