Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Sydney is seeking a Site Manager for Packforce at our Wetherill Park site to lead packing, assembly and labeling operations. You will oversee a diverse team and ensure sustainable performance aligned with CPA's mission.

This role requires strong rostering, stakeholder management and a focus on safety and quality. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and ensure excellent client outcomes while supporting people with disability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or similar in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning experience.
• Proven ability to balance operational, people and commercial priorities.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in rostering, CRM and HR software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Packforce site to deliver packing, assembly and labeling contracts.
• Manage a team to meet client and supported employee needs.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to meet business demands.
• Monitor expenditure and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure staff training, compliance and assessments are up to date.
• Maintain client and staff data, work orders and rosters.
