Super Retail Group seeks an Employee Relations Advisor to partner with leaders across the business, delivering practical ER guidance and coaching. You will navigate performance, attendance and workplace concerns, building trusted relationships and shaping outcomes in a collaborative, high‑support environment.

You will help develop leadership capability through guidance and education while supporting a diverse portfolio of brands and operating contexts within the group.

• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to navigate difficult conversations.
• Sound judgement and the ability to balance people, policy and business outcomes.
• High levels of empathy, professionalism and resilience when handling sensitive matters.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset and a desire to build specialist Employee Relations expertise.
• Experience supporting performance management, attendance matters, workplace concerns, investigations or conflict resolution will be highly regarded.
