Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to partner with leaders across the business, providing practical, commercially minded ER advice and supporting a broad range of workplace matters. You will coach leaders, navigate sensitive issues and help deliver fair, consistent outcomes.

You will play a key role in building leadership capability, developing trusted relationships, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace across multiple brands, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on Employee Relations and people matters.

About the Role

...As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll partner with leaders across Super Retail Group to provide practical advice and support on a broad range of workplace matters. Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you'll coach leaders, navigate complex people situations and help deliver fair, consistent and commercially sound outcomes.
