Qualifications

• Partnering with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused Employee Relations advice.
• Coaching leaders through performance, conduct, attendance and workplace concerns.
• Experience supporting investigations or conflict resolution is valued.

• Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused Employee Relations advice.
• Coaching and supporting leaders through performance, conduct, attendance and workplace concerns.
• Managing workplace matters from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Building leadership capability through coaching, guidance and education.
• Developing trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple brands and business functions.
• Supporting a variety of business portfolios, with opportunities to broaden your experience across different areas of the Group.
• Working within a service-management environment to ensure timely and effective support for leaders.
• Contributing to a positive team culture focused on collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
