Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to partner with leaders across the business, providing practical, commercially minded ER advice and supporting a broad range of workplace matters. You will coach leaders, navigate sensitive issues and help deliver fair, consistent outcomes.

You will play a key role in building leadership capability, developing trusted relationships, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace across multiple brands, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on Employee Relations and people matters.
• Ability to coach leaders through performance, conduct, attendance and workplace concerns.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handling difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused Employee Relations advice.
• Coach and support leaders through performance, conduct, attendance and workplace concerns.
• Manage workplace matters from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, guidance and education.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple brands and functions.
• Support a variety of business portfolios and broaden experience across Group areas.
• Operate in a service-management environment to ensure timely support for leaders.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
