Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser to join the People & Culture team in Brisbane. This hands-on role blends technical ER expertise with stakeholder coaching, problem solving and people-centered decision making.

You'll partner with leaders and key stakeholders to provide practical advice across ER matters, from performance and conduct to investigations and industrial relations activities, while helping build capability and continuously improve ER practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in employee relations (ER) or Industrial Relations (IR).
• Ability to translate legislation and risk considerations into practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially minded advice on a broad range of ER matters.
• Support performance, conduct and grievance matters through to investigations, change initiatives and IR activities.
• Coach and partner with leaders to build capability and improve ER practices.
