Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser to join our People & Culture team for a 14 Month Max Term Contract. You will provide practical, commercially-minded advice across a broad range of employee relations matters, supporting performance, conduct and grievance processes, investigations, and change initiatives, while coaching leaders and improving practices.

You’ll work closely with leaders and People & Culture partners to navigate complex cases with fairness, empathy and sound

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in employee relations and Australian employment law.
• Ability to manage investigations, grievances and performance matters with discretion and empathy.
• Experience partnering with leaders and translating legislation into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially-minded advice across employee relations matters.
• Support performance, conduct and grievance matters and workplace investigations.
• Lead change initiatives and industrial relations activities with fairness and sound judgment.
• Coach leaders and build capability across the organisation.
• Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and stakeholders to drive fair outcomes.
