Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee and industrial relations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience with enterprise bargaining and union engagement.
• Ability to manage complex workplace matters and investigations.
• Experience representing employers in tribunals or commissions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in HR, IR, Law or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice to leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead complex ER cases, investigations and workplace matters.
• Support enterprise bargaining activities and industrial negotiations.
• Represent the organisation in tribunals, commissions and dispute resolution processes.
• Develop and maintain ER policies, procedures and best-practice frameworks.
• Lead organisational change, restructuring and workforce projects.
• Deliver coaching and training to build leadership capability.
• Analyse workforce risks, trends and compliance requirements.
• Partner with leaders to resolve issues and drive positive outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic people initiatives across the organisation.
