Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking Aged Care Support Workers to join our Northern NSW team across Lismore, Ballina and Byron Bay. Casual and permanent part-time opportunities, with pay based on experience up to $47 per hour, and flexible rosters.

You’ll help people live independently, assist with meals, mobility, medication, and community activities while delivering person-centred care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great customer service.
• Willing to obtain First Aid & CPR if not already held.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check required; CPL can assist.
• Driver’s licence or reliable transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks to support independent living.
• Assist people to participate in community activities and outings.
• Attend appointments and accompany to social events when needed.
• Provide medication support and mobility assistance as required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Northern New South Wales to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
