CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking Aged Care Support Workers in Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay to join a casual and permanent part‑time team in Northern New South Wales.

You’ll help people live independently, assist with daily tasks, attend appointments, and support mobility and medication where needed. We welcome applicants who are passionate about helping others and building meaningful community connections.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsabilités

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support individuals to get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where required).
