CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is hiring Disability Support Workers in Bangalow, Ballina, and Byron Bay area. Casual and permanent part-time opportunities available with pay up to $47 per hour, reflecting experience.

Join a person-centred team to help individuals live independently, with shifts across mornings and other times, and support with daily tasks, meals, community access, and mobility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping others and great customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance available to obtain).
• Driver's licence and reliable transport.

Responsabilités

• Support people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ballina and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others - we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same -you'llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists where required)
