Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an Associate Director role within Emerging Corporate/Corporate customers.
• Experience in a large-scale Financial Services or Banking organisation.
• Strong origination, execution, pitch preparation and presentation skills.
• Proven risk management and compliance capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Emerging Corporate customer portfolio through strategic planning and originating new transactions.
• Partner with product specialists, Deal Structuring & Execution and credit teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Raise NAB's profile in the Queensland market and build client advocacy.
• Ensure credit risk quality of the portfolio and smooth transaction execution.
• Collaborate with the broader Business & Private Bank and Corporate & Institutional Banking teams.
