You will manage a large team of bankers, drive performance and build capability while partnering with Coverage, Risk and Product to structure complex lending solutions.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders and ensure portfolio performance, credit quality and customer outcomes across diversified industries in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Corporate, Institutional or Specialized Finance banking environments.
• Deep credit and transaction execution expertise.
• Proven leadership of large teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with complex transactions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders and risk partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-hat role across sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NAB's Credit Structuring & Execution function based in Sydney, supporting our Corporate clients.
• Manage a team of bankers, driving performance, capability uplift and employee engagement.
• Partner with Coverage, Risk and Product teams to structure and execute complex lending and financing solutions.
• Hold significant accountability for portfolio performance, credit quality, customer outcomes and risk management.
• Operate across multiple industries and sectors, balancing strategic priorities while delivering outcomes for NAB's largest clients.
