The Law Society of New South Wales, based in Sydney, is seeking a Marketing Performance Specialist to join the Membership and Engagement team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering high-volume email communications via Marketo, website updates in Drupal, and data/report preparation to support campaigns.

Working with the Marketing Manager and specialists, you will execute end-to-end email campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to digital marketing efforts across social media,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce or communications.
• Experience with Marketo and Drupal.
• 2–4 years’ digital marketing experience.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, segmentation, personalisation and performance reporting.
• Experience with website CMS, analytics platforms and campaign tracking tools (GA4, GTM, UTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, schedule and deploy emails in Marketo for campaigns, newsletters, events and other communications.
• Manage email workflows, audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Coordinate email content, creative assets, links and approvals with stakeholders.
• Monitor email performance and provide insights to improve campaigns.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media and website.
• Assist with social media scheduling and publishing per campaign plans.
• Monitor and report on social media performance and ensure proper tagging/analytics.
