Job summary

Talent Web is partnering with a purpose-led organisation to hire a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist in Melbourne. You’ll grow reach, engage audiences and support social and environmental impact projects, working with a small, collaborative team.

You’ll own the delivery of campaigns, from email journeys to paid advertising, SEO and website updates. The six-month contract offers a competitive salary of AU$85,000–AU$95,000 plus super, pro rata, with scope for extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and optimising paid advertising campaigns, ideally across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Strong email marketing skills including automation, testing, segmentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise LinkedIn advertising with audience targeting, budgets, A/B testing and reporting.
• Improve Google Ads performance, including use of Google Ad Grants.
• Build, test, send and report on newsletters and automated journeys for growth and onboarding.
• Manage audience segmentation and ensure data quality of contact lists.
• Develop retargeting activity with the Marketing Manager.
• Update WordPress pages and campaign landing pages with SEO in mind.
• Support paid advertising across Meta platforms.
• Translate results into actionable recommendations.
