The Law Society of NSW is seeking a Marketing Performance Specialist to join the Membership and Engagement team. You will manage high-volume email campaigns in Marketo, update websites, and prepare data-driven reports to improve campaign performance.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and campaign specialists to deliver end-to-end email campaigns, website monitoring and content updates, plus social media and analytics support across priority campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing; building and deploying campaigns
• Experience with Marketo is essential and Drupal is desirable
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and performance reporting

Responsabilités

• Build, test, schedule and deploy emails in Marketo for campaigns, newsletters and events
• Manage email workflows, audience segmentation and personalisation
• Coordinate email content, creative assets, links and approvals with stakeholders
• Monitor email performance: delivery, open rates, CTRs, conversions
• Prepare regular digital performance reports and provide insights to improve campaigns
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media and website
