The Law Society of NSW, Australia’s largest membership association for solicitors, is seeking a Marketing Performance Specialist to join the Membership and Engagement team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working from Sydney’s CBD and a 35-hour week.

In this role you’ll manage end-to-end email campaigns, website updates, and data reporting using Marketo and Drupal, while supporting broader digital marketing across priority campaigns, social, and events.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce or communications.
• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing; building and deploying campaigns.
• Proficient with Marketo (essential) and Drupal (desirable).
• Strong data analysis, segmentation and performance reporting.
• Experience with site analytics and campaign tagging tools (GA4, GTM, UTM).

Mansioni

• Build, test, schedule and deploy emails in Marketo for campaigns, newsletters, events and other communications.
• Manage email workflows, audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Coordinate email content, creative assets, links and approvals with stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance testing before deployment.
• Monitor email performance and report on delivery, open/click/conversion metrics.
