Job summary

Downer is seeking a Supervisor to lead electrical, communications and mechanical infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioning in Mango Hill, Queensland. You will connect on-paper plans with field execution, ensuring crews have what they need and challenges are resolved quickly with safety at the centre.

You will lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and drive Zero Harm culture while delivering quality outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Queensland Electrical Workers Licence mandatory.
• Cert III Electrotechnology (Electrician) or equivalent required.
• Experience leading electrical construction or infrastructure delivery teams.
• Proven ability managing subcontractors and direct workforce personnel.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental management requirements.

Job description

Lead critical electrical infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioning while building high-performing teams.

We're looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Mango Hill, leading the delivery of electrical, communications and mechanical infrastructure projects from construction through to commissioning. You'll be the person connecting the plan on paper with what's happening on site, ensuring crews have what they need, challenges are resolved quickly and projects are delivered safely and successfully.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading from the front and building strong relationships with crews, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Every day will be different, but the goal stays the same: delivering quality outcomes while keeping safety at the centre of everything you do.
