Job summary

Downer is seeking a Site Supervisor in our Water team to lead crews and subcontractors across a portfolio of network construction projects. You will plan daily activities, troubleshoot in the field and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and on schedule.

This role suits someone who thrives on hands-on delivery, leads from the front and builds strong teams. You will drive safety, quality and environmental outcomes while maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory experience within construction, utilities or infrastructure projects
• Water industry experience highly regarded
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors
• Experience planning and delivering works safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of site safety, environmental and quality management practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to stay organised and perform in a fast-paced project environment
