Job summary

Downer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead field operations across the Origin Public & Embedded Networks contract, ensuring maintenance, asset and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Based in Brisbane, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to operational crews, support contractor performance and play a key role in achieving customer, contractual and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations within utilities, maintenance, gas, energy or infrastructure environments.
• Proven leadership of operational crews and contractors.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and service delivery requirements.
