Rexel Australia is seeking a organised, proactive person to support the Fyshwick projects and trade team in preparing quotations and coordinating supplier information. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to keep customers informed from enquiry through to delivery.

Experience in customer service or administration is valued, and you’ll develop knowledge of electrical and lighting products while building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Formación

• Willingness to learn about electrical and lighting products and coordination.
• Organisational capability with prioritisation.
• Clear, friendly communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently after training while contributing to a busy team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit accurate project quotations by customer deadlines.
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries with timely progress updates.
• Request supplier pricing, product information and lead times.
• Track outstanding quotations and flag deadlines or delays early.
• Assist with project orders and delivery updates with purchasing and branch staff.
• Maintain quotation registers and project records.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up items.
