Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a proactive tender coordinator to join the fast-paced projects team. You will help prepare commercial quotations, maintain registers, and ensure timely submissions while communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web‑based tools).
• Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach
• Electrical Industry experience would be preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.
• Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records
• Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.
• Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes
