NHP Electrical Engineering Products in Australia is seeking an experienced Specialist Sales professional to drive Stanilite growth across New South Wales and Victoria. You will engage electrical and building services consultants from early design through tender and specification to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in specification sales, project sales or technical business development within electrical, lighting, building services, construction or engineered products.
• Confident, engaging consulting engineers, designers and other technically influential stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emergency and exit lighting, electrical building services or a related technical product category, with the ability to quickly build expertise in Stanilite solutions.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings, luminaire schedules, specifications and tender documentation.
• A strong presenter and relationship builder who translates technical value into commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage long-cycle opportunities, CRM activity and conversion.
• Commercially astute, proactive and comfortable working autonomously.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel within your territory and interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for priority consulting engineering firms
• Build trusted relationships with engineers, design leaders and specification stakeholders
• Deliver product presentations, technical workshops and consultant engagement activities
• Identify and qualify projects early, maintaining a disciplined pipeline
• Influence specifications using approved Stanilite technical resources
• Track projects through design, tender and procurement, actively managing substitution risk
• Coordinate technical, estimating and sales resources, ensuring complete handovers and commercial continuity
• Share market, competitor and consultant insights to support growth
