Job summary

NHP is seeking two growth-focused Business Development Consultants for Stanilite, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will build trusted relationships with consulting engineers and influence electrical and emergency lighting specifications to accelerate Stanilite growth across NSW or Victoria.

You will combine technical credibility with commercial drive, leading engagement through design, tender and conversion, supported by cross-functional teams to keep opportunities moving.

Qualifications

Experience in specification or project sales within electrical/lighting/building services.
Ability to engage consulting engineers and design stakeholders at early project stages.
Ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plans for priority consulting engineering firms.
Build relationships with engineers, design leaders and specification stakeholders.
Deliver product presentations and consultant engagement activities.
Identify and qualify projects early and maintain a robust pipeline.
Influence specifications using Stanilite resources.
Coordinate resources to ensure smooth handovers and continuity.
