Elite Electrical Maintenance & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, enquiries, bookings and daily scheduling for electrical, air conditioning and solar services.

The role offers varied customer interaction, opportunities to grow within the company, and potential work-from-home options depending on experience and business needs.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar role.
• Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communicating with electricians, technicians and management regarding daily schedules.
