About the Opportunity

Elite Electrical Maintenance & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who is confident answering phones, managing customer enquiries, booking jobs and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Previous experience in customer service, administration or scheduling is highly regarded. Experience using ServiceM8 or ServiceTitan would be a fantastic advantage.

We specialise in residential and commercial electrical services, air conditioning, solar installations, maintenance, smoke alarms and general electrical work.

About the Role

You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping manage incoming enquiries, schedule jobs and support our electricians and technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Experience scheduling tradespeople and managing service bookings.
• Experience handling call‑out fees and converting enquiries into confirmed jobs.
• Sales experience or confidence following up leads and quotations.
