Job summary

Gliderol is seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our Pinkenba operations team in Brisbane. You will coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and delivered on time, working closely with production, warehouse, transport and customer teams.

This role requires experience in dispatch or logistics, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and workplace safety.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and customer deliveries.
• Process and verify orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and transport documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Communicate delivery updates with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records within dispatch and ERP systems.
• Support a safe, compliant and customer-focused operation.
