Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in St Leonards, NSW, is seeking an Educational Leader to observe and enhance educational programs for children. You will lead practice improvements, deepen educators' understanding of child development, and champion excellence in early years delivery.

Location: St Leonards – Sydney – Postcode 2065 – NSW

Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time of 38 hours a week - 5 days a week

Pay: Up to $42,72 per hour Plus Allowance Plus Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need:

• Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
